As the year draws to a close and the season of giving fills the air, our hearts at Mission Nomad turn toward those who need warmth, safety, and hope the most. This December, we are embarking on one of our most sacred missions yet: an outreach to the vulnerable children sheltering in the Western part of Central Thailand.

These are not just statistics; they are 20 young lives, ages 3 to 12, who have witnessed the unthinkable. They are the innocent victims of the brutal civil war in Myanmar, separated from their families for the sake of their protection.

An Unbreakable Spirit

Driven from their homes, these children were left under the loving, vigilant care of a dedicated missionary assigned to the area. For many, the tragedy is absolute: they have lost their parents in the conflict. For others, the uncertainty is a daily burden, as all communication has been severed and the whereabouts of their families remain unknown.

Yet, despite the unimaginable trauma, their spirits are resilient. They laugh, they play, and they dream—reminders of the profound strength of the human heart, even the youngest ones.

We target this outreach to happen on December 26, 2025 at Lehwahto's House in Kanchanaburi.

Our Mission: A Family Away From Family

Our upcoming trip is far more than a delivery run; it is a commitment to provide comfort, security, and the affirmation that they are not forgotten.

We are preparing to offer a comprehensive package of care:

• Health and Wellness Checks: Ensuring they are physically healthy and have access to necessary care.
• Essential Necessities: Providing crucial supplies like warm clothing, hygiene kits, and medical items.
• Nourishment: Delivering sufficient food supplies to support their growth.
• Unconditional Love: Most importantly, our team is committed to spending focused, quality time with each child. We want to create an atmosphere where they can temporarily forget the dangers outside, laugh freely, and truly experience a family away from family.

We believe that love is the strongest medicine, and that the warmth of human connection can mend scars that run deep.
